About The Position
QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring local experienced employees for its growing commercial and industrial flooring service division in Springfield, Massachusetts. Opportunities include foremen, estimators, superintendents, and sales representatives; candidates are also invited to bring their crew. Both salaried and hourly positions are available. The division provides concrete floor maintenance, patching, cleaning, and disinfecting, as well as polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for pedestrian and vehicle spaces in industrial, commercial, and retail markets. Candidates should show initiative, professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive. Year-round work, immediate interviews, a backlog of work, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates are noted. Applicants with criminal histories are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work successfully both individually and in a team environment.
- Initiative, self-starter attitude, professional integrity, good work ethic, and strong competitive drive.
Nice To Haves
- Epoxy or resinous flooring experience is preferred.
- Previous flooring experience is a plus.
