About The Position
Ticor Title, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join its Portland, OR office. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year in the Commercial Real Estate space.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication.
- Organizational, problem-solving capability.
- Analytical skills.
- Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Assists Escrow Officer with opening orders, clearing title, client communications, basic document preparation, funding conditions, recording packages and disbursements.
- Supports office with shared duties which may include reception and banking functions.
