About The Position

First American's Agency Division is seeking to grow its Commercial Escrow Assistant team in Tampa, Florida. The Commercial Escrow Assistant will provide support to the Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ experience as an Associate Escrow Assistant or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related real estate or title field.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Detail orientation
• Excellent verbal communication
• Problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• General understanding and knowledge of contract and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents.
• Provide strong customer service skills.
• Gather all necessary invoices for Closing.
• Learn and gain proficiency of transactional accounting.
• Work closely with Escrow and Underwriter as directed.
• Compliance with policies and procedures, including wire fraud training.
• Other duties as assigned
