About The Position

American Overhead Door, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is hiring experienced and trainee Commercial Door Service Technicians. Candidates with backgrounds in construction labor, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, product installation, or mechanics are encouraged to apply. The role involves independently installing and repairing commercial doors and operating systems, identifying opportunities to offer customers additional products and services, maintaining accurate job paperwork, and working safely while providing professional service at job sites. Company-provided trucks and fuel, tool and boot allowances, and paid training are provided.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a construction-related industry.
Good mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of welding and/or electrical experience; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Independently install and repair a wide range of commercial doors and operating systems.
Identify opportunities to provide customers with additional products and services.
Track, maintain, and submit accurate job-related paperwork in a timely manner.
Work safely and deliver professional service on job sites.
