US - Commercial Development Representative

AIRS Medical Inc
•$70,000 - $100,000

About The Position

AIRS Medical is a healthcare technology company that uses AI to make medical imaging faster and more accessible. Its FDA-cleared SwiftMR solution accelerates MRI scans by up to 50%. The Commercial Development Representative creates qualified commercial opportunities by researching target accounts, identifying meaningful reasons for engagement, and initiating credible conversations with relevant stakeholders. This is broader than a meeting-setting role and offers the opportunity to learn how sophisticated commercial decisions are made, with a potential development path toward field sales for high-performing individuals. The role operates within a disciplined commercial model covering account strategy, discovery, qualification, business-case development, executive engagement, and opportunity management. Success is measured by qualified pipeline creation and its conversion into real sales opportunities—not activity alone. The representative will collaborate with Market Executives and Directors, Strategic Accounts, and may participate in client meetings, deal reviews, and field activity as their capabilities develop.
