About The Position

Blue Machines is hiring its founding Sales Development Representative to build the US pipeline engine from the first call. The role finds, engages, and qualifies operators in home health and hospice, senior living, dental groups (DSOs), and home services, converting business challenges such as missed calls, slow intake, no-shows, and after-hours gaps into qualified meetings for Account Executives. The founding SDR will create and test the sales development playbook, including ideal customer profiles, sequences, call scripts, objection handling, and event motions. The role involves high-volume, multi-channel outreach, careful measurement, collaboration with Marketing, and thorough handoffs to Account Executives. As the team grows, the SDR will help hire, onboard, and coach additional SDRs, with a path to the SDR Manager role.

  • Experience selling into at least one of the following: home health or hospice, senior living, dental or DSOs, or home services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including cold calls and tailored emails.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach of 50 or more quality touches per day.
  • CRM discipline, including clean data, current stages, and useful notes for Account Executives; HubSpot is preferred.
  • Has trained, mentored, or managed other SDRs, or is ready to do so.
