About The Position

Super Payments is hiring a founding US Sales Development Representative to support its US launch. The SDR will engage senior decision-makers across payments and e-commerce and help grow the mid-market and enterprise business. Super Payments is a fintech platform offering merchants 0% processing fees and multiple payment methods, including cards, open-banking transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now Pay Later. Its business model monetizes through value-added services rather than transaction fees. The company reports serving thousands of businesses and more than 4 million customers, with a payment-volume run rate of £1.5 billion and 4x year-over-year growth. The position offers compensation of up to $65,000 annually, plus variable compensation and equity. The posted base salary range is described as reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hires across US locations; actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location. The position is at-will.
