About The Position
At Regions, the Commercial Card Solutions Technical Support Specialist provides technical support to high value Commercial Card clients and internal Treasury Management partners, including but not limited to Relationship Managers, Relationship Support Specialists, and Account Managers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of client servicing, implementations, or technical support experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to manage workload effectively
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Researches and resolves technical issues for internal partners and high value clients
- Monitors internal e-mail boxes for incoming research requests
- Assists clients with post – implementation training needs
- Provides periodic updates to internal partners to ensure clients are optimizing card services
- Fulfills reporting and other support duties as necessary to deliver results to our clients and partners
