Commercial Account Manager
About The Position
Apple Autos is seeking to add a Commercial Account Manager to our fast-growing Ford Pro Commercial/Fleet Vehicle Sales Center in Lakeville, MN. We carry a large inventory of commercial vehicles and provide exceptional team support to help you build your business and achieve long-term success. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, fleet, B2B, or outside sales. Knowledge of Ford Motor Company commercial programs is a plus. However, we will train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

- Knowledge of Ford Motor Company commercial programs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers at their place of business
- Develop and grow a book of commercial and fleet business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend the best vehicle, equipment, and upfit solutions for customers
- Understand product offerings, factory programs, financing options, commercial leasing, and fleet management solutions
- Become the commercial vehicle expert by learning vehicle specifications, optional packages, and the latest technology
- Present solutions that meet the unique operational needs of commercial customers
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through delivery and follow-up
- Coordinate with internal departments, manufacturers, and upfit partners to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and enthusiasm throughout every interaction
- Enhance the customer experience by being an attentive, trustworthy, and honest advisor
- Represent Apple Autos professionally at customer locations, networking events, and community functions
- Adhere to and practice Apple Autos values daily
- Thrive in a high-energy, customer-focused environment
- Follow up consistently with customers to support ongoing fleet needs and future vehicle purchases
