About The Position

Progressive Leasing is hiring a Remote Collections Representative to support its lease-to-own business. This work-from-home role must be performed within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas. The representative handles inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts while providing customers with high-quality support and service. The role begins November 30, 2026. It includes five weeks of mandatory, full-time virtual training, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 100% attendance required. Available full-time shifts fall on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; Saturday work is required from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Specific evening and weekend hours earn more per hour. Compensation is $14.25 per hour plus a bonus, with a 5% hourly pay increase for verified Spanish fluency. Remote employees must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace and wired internet service with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload. Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet providers are not compatible with the company's systems.

Requirements

Customer service experience and prior collections experience.
Impeccable interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer and typing literacy or proficiency, including the ability to work with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must live within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.
Must have a designated, quiet home-based workspace free from distractions.
Must have wired internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload; wireless, DSL, and satellite providers are not compatible.
Must attend all five weeks of virtual training, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
