About The Position

Progressive Leasing is hiring Remote Collections Representatives to support its lease-to-own business. This work-from-home role can be performed within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah. Representatives handle inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts and provide customers with high-quality support and service.

The position begins Monday, November 30, 2026. It includes five weeks of mandatory, full-time virtual training from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 100% attendance required. Available full-time shifts are weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; Saturday work is required from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Specific evening and weekend hours earn more hourly. Compensation is $17.00 per hour plus bonus, with a 5% hourly pay increase for verified Spanish fluency.

Applicants must live within 60 miles of Draper, Utah, have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace, and use a compatible wired internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload. Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet providers are not compatible. After applying, candidates must complete a 10-minute virtual introduction to move their application forward.

Requirements

• Customer service and prior collections experience, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing proficiency, including the ability to work with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free designated home workspace.
• Must have wired internet service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload; wireless, DSL, and satellite providers are not compatible.
• Must attend all five weeks of mandatory virtual training.
