About The Position

Progressive Leasing is hiring a Remote Collections Representative to support its in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own business. The role is a work-from-home position for candidates located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas. The representative provides customer assistance and contributes to operational excellence and a positive customer experience.

The role handles inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts and provide high-quality customer support. The position begins November 30, 2026. Initial virtual training lasts five weeks, is full-time and mandatory, runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires 100% attendance. Available full-time shifts are on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; Saturdays are required from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Specific evening and weekend hours earn more hourly. Compensation is $14.25 per hour plus bonus, with a 5% hourly pay increase for verified Spanish fluency.

Requirements

• Customer service experience and prior collections experience.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, including the ability to work with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
• Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.
• Must have a designated, quiet home workspace free from distractions.
• Must have a wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, DSL, and satellite internet providers are not compatible.
• Must attend all five weeks of mandatory virtual training.
