About The Position
Progressive Leasing is hiring a Remote Collections Representative to support its lease-to-own business. This work-from-home role is available to candidates located within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona. Representatives handle inbound and outbound calls to collect on past-due accounts and provide high-quality customer support. The position begins Monday, November 30, 2026. It includes five weeks of mandatory, full-time virtual training, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 100% attendance required. Available full-time shifts are on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; Saturday work is required from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Specific evening and weekend hours earn more hourly. Compensation is $17.00 per hour plus a bonus. Verified Spanish fluency earns a 5% hourly pay increase. Remote employees must have a designated, quiet home workspace free from distractions and a wired internet connection with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload. Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet providers are not compatible with the company's systems.
Requirements
- Customer service and prior collections experience, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and typing proficiency, including the ability to work with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously.
- Phone experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must live within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.
- Must have a quiet, designated home workspace free from distractions.
- Must have wired internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload; wireless, DSL, and satellite providers are not compatible.
- Must attend all five weeks of virtual training, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
