About The Position
The Junto is seeking an experienced, service-driven Coffee Shop Manager to lead its coffee shop operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on crafting quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting shop, supporting a team of baristas, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service. The manager will oversee daily operations and help create a welcoming place for hotel visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists to gather.

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as a coffee shop manager or lead barista is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with a warm, guest-first approach and assist with personalized beverage orders.
- Lead, mentor, and support the coffee shop team to deliver consistent quality and excellent service.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop while upholding health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages and waste.
- Lead by example in preparing coffee and other beverages and maintaining an inviting shop.
