About The Position

The Coffee Shop Cashier prepares hot and cold beverages, cookies, and pastries; assists guests with their orders; ensures orders are correct; and accurately collects and processes payments. The role is part- or full-time and requires night and weekend availability. The position is part of a fast-paced team at Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter.
• Assist guests with questions about the menu.
• Prepare and ring up guest orders.
• Take payment and process change.
• Restock goods used during the shift.
• Maintain the accuracy and totality of a cash bank.
• Keep the work environment clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Clean the outlet at the end of each shift, including washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, washing windows, and taking out garbage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
