About The Position

A Cocktail Server is a key member of the hospitality staff who contributes to the guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a positive atmosphere. The role involves serving guests in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, taking and delivering beverage orders, and working collaboratively with other staff.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately, and recommend specialty cocktails and other beverages.
• Engage with customers and anticipate their needs and preferences.
• Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests.
