About The Position
Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet or bar, ensuring guests are served and all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. The position reports to the Beverage Shift Manager. Part-time schedules are available. Weekly earned wage access is an option.
Requirements
- Can obtain and maintain ABLE Certification.
- Can read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Requires 1–3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires basic math skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and explain special promotions.
- Take orders and recite selections of call and premium brands as requested, memorizing available drinks.
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale system to notify the bartender that an order was placed.
- Replenish beverages as requested and check back frequently to ask guests about their satisfaction.
- Deliver beverages to patrons and ensure payment.
- Check and maintain the setup and cleanliness of the service station before, during, and after the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, including removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
- Check identification to confirm age compliance for individuals ordering alcoholic beverages.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
