About The Position

This is an entry-level position in a dynamic casino environment. The role involves serving food and beverages and providing high-quality service to guests. Work requires standing for long periods, frequent bending and kneeling, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. The environment may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. The successful candidate must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times.
• Follow alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age.
• Provide excellent guest service to external and internal guests.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for the assigned station and shared work areas.
• Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
