About The Position

The Cocktail Server serves food and drinks to guests, makes and gives change, promotes good guest relations, and keeps the station clean. The role is based at Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort in Suquamish, Washington, and is part-time. Work takes place in bar, casino, and dining-room environments, including busy, smoky, noisy, and crowded conditions. The position involves frequent interruptions and work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The server must make decisions regarding intoxicated guests in accordance with current policies.

Requirements

• At least one year of cocktailing experience.
• TIPS training.
• Health Card.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy atmosphere.
• Cash transaction experience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds while standing, twisting, or bending.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Manual and finger dexterity to operate a cash register and complete routine paperwork.
