Cocktail Server - Snow Summit
About The Position
Levy is seeking a hardworking, energetic, attentive, and personable cocktail server at Snow Summit. The role provides high-quality customer service and hospitality, attends to guest needs promptly, tracks bills, and maintains a clean workplace. Cocktail servers interact with many guests daily and are expected to maintain a professional, friendly attitude. They should know the bar’s spirits and drink mixes to recommend and upsell specials and sponsorship drinks. Applicants must be at least 21 years old. This is a seasonal position requiring weekend and holiday availability, and work may include late nights and extended hours when needed. Compensation starts at $19 per hour plus tips, with a mandatory tip split.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old and of legal alcohol-serving age.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.

- Ability to keep the venue organized, stocked, and clean.

Responsibilities
- Check guests’ identification and ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
- Uphold the company’s two-drink-per-person policy.
- Greet guests, provide directions, and respond to questions and needs promptly.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations based on knowledge of the venue’s menu.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
- Clean and clear tables and return bar glasses to the dish pit for cleaning.
- Keep the venue clean and organized according to company standards.
- Understand pricing at the venue.
- Coordinate daily with bar staff to ensure beverages are available.
- Balance and handle cash.
- Keep the venue show-ready.
- Comply with county and company food and beverage regulations.
- Complete other duties assigned by leadership.
