About The Position

The Cocktail Server receives beverage orders from guests, places orders with bartenders in the proper calling order, and provides attentive, friendly service in a fun atmosphere. The role requires awareness of guest needs and alcohol consumption, compliance with alcohol awareness rules, and knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage pricing. The server maintains a clean section and high standards of sanitation, personal grooming, and conduct; completes assigned cleaning and stocking side work; and performs other duties as assigned. The position reports to the Beverage Supervisor.

Requirements

Excellent guest service experience; friendly and polite manner.
Alcohol awareness.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Excellent job performance.
Ability to wear the Treasure Bay cocktail uniform.
Ability to stand and remain mobile for periods of up to four hours.
Good sense of balance; ability to bend and kneel.
Ability to frequently lift bus pans and trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, read, and write.
Eye-to-hand coordination and depth perception.
Effective verbal communication.
Strong math skills and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain an energetic, friendly, polite, and caring attitude, helping guests feel special and enjoy the atmosphere.
Receive beverage orders directly from guests.
Place orders with bartenders in the proper calling order.
Observe alcohol awareness rules and monitor guest alcohol consumption.
Remain observant and aware of guest needs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation, personal grooming, and personal conduct.
Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage pricing.
Maintain a clean section.
Complete assigned side work, including cleaning and stocking duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
