About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting of cash and inventory, performing location worker assignments, and ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions. The position involves planning for peak hour sales, adhering to cash handling procedures, and following all Food and Beverage rules and regulations. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
- Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
- Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned concession stand.
- Performs location worker assignments.
- Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.
- Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Manager.
- Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
- Performs location worked duties as assigned.
- Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
