About The Position
The Cocktail Server has the responsibility of prompt and friendly beverage service to guest. Acts as a mobile cashier for all beverage transactions and offers complimentary drink to gambling guests. We are hiring at Red Garter and Wendover Nugget in our restaurants!
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Bar Card.
- Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
- Maintain strict confidence regarding company related matters.
- Ability to maintain well groomed appearance at all times.
- Knowledge of the Info Genesis system and drink prices.
Responsibilities
- Greet guest in a friendly and courteous manner and explains all special promotions.
- Server and replenishes beverages as requested.
- Continuously checking on patrons and offering complimentary drinks to the patrons that are actively gambling.
- Checks supply and maintains proper set up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift
- Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles.
- Abides by all State, Federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Promote positive guest relations.
- Perform related and/or other duties as required
