About The Position

The Cocktail Server at Búho Bar is responsible for providing guests with attentive, courteous, efficient, and high-quality service. The role includes receiving and delivering guest orders and collecting payment. The server must communicate effectively with guests and employees, listen to and clarify concerns, multitask, prioritize work, and handle or help resolve problems. The position requires maintaining hotel service and safety standards, attending required meetings and trainings, and meeting appearance, grooming, uniform, nametag, and attendance standards. Flexible and long hours may sometimes be required. The role involves standing for the entire shift and moving through the dining area while carrying full trays of food and beverages. Requirements

• Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with employees and guests.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize functions to meet deadlines.

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.

• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

• Experience in a hotel or related field.
