About The Position

The Pfister Hotel is seeking a part-time Lounge Cocktail Server to provide gracious, attentive service in its Lobby Lounge. The role focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences at a luxury hotel by taking and serving food and beverage orders, sharing menu knowledge, and maintaining a professional, organized dining environment. The server collaborates with bartenders, hosts, culinary team members, and fellow servers, and works evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business demands require.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet guests, guide them through food and beverage menus, and create memorable Lobby Lounge experiences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, seasonal features, specialty cocktails, and wine selections to make personalized recommendations.
Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and uphold the hotel's hospitality standards.
Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, culinary team members, and fellow servers to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment.
