About The Position
The Cocktail Server provides attentive, polished service in a fast-paced, upscale nightlife environment. The role involves guiding guests through cocktail, wine, and beer offerings, taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently, following the proper sequence of service, and helping create a fun, elevated, and memorable lounge atmosphere. The server must anticipate guest needs and comply with local, state, and federal alcohol laws.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a cocktail server or lounge server.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy nightlife setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
