About The Position

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Co-Manager to support the daily operations of its restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, the Co-Manager helps ensure the team meets high standards for food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving shift operations, performance management, and team development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work, and solve problems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must frequently walk and stand and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• One to two years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations by completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service.
• Monitor and manage daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Help train and coach team members, provide feedback, and support accountability processes.
• Assist with screening applicants during recruiting.
