About The Position

Chaska Heights Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Chaska, Minnesota, is hiring a part-time CNA, HHA, or Caregiver to support residents in its 136-unit apartment-style community, which provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The role provides personal care and attentive support while encouraging residents’ independence and treating each person with respect and dignity. The position is scheduled for the PM shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., including every other weekend. Hourly pay is $17.50–$22.50 for HHAs and $19.50–$24.50 for CNAs, depending on experience. Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
