About The Position

Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Orono, Minnesota, is hiring a Home Health Aide, HHA, & CNA to support residents in its assisted living and memory care community. The schedule is part-time, with AM hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or PM hours from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The listed hourly wage is $17.50–$22.50 for HHA and $19.50–$24.50 for CNA, depending on experience. Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
