About The Position

Lifespark is hiring part-time CNA, HHA, and caregiver staff for Highland Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care community with 65 units in Little Falls, Minnesota. The role provides personal care and support to residents, helping them maintain independence and age magnificently. The schedule is a PM shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Hourly pay is $17.50–$22.50 for HHAs and $19.50–$24.50 for CNAs, depending on experience, plus applicable shift differentials of $1 for PM and $2 for NOC. Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
Encourage residents' independence.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
