About The Position

Highland Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Little Falls, Minnesota, is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care and services to residents and tenants in its assisted living and memory care community. The facility has 65 units. The LPN works under the direction of the Director of Health Services and helps ensure care is consistent with individual care plans, company standards, and regulatory requirements. The position is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on a repeating three-week block, with every third weekend and every third holiday scheduled as 12-hour shifts. The hourly wage is $27.50–$33.00, depending on experience.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Valid state licensure as an LPN or RN.
Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
Advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services.
Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
Be accountable for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
Support the Director of Health Services with the written staffing plan and nursing schedule, reflecting the needs of the resident and tenant population.
Provide quality care consistent with individual care plans and company and regulatory standards.
