About The Position

Polar Ridge Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in North St. Paul, Minnesota, is seeking a CNA, caregiver, or HHA to support residents in its 114-unit community, which provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The role provides personal care and support while recognizing residents’ individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity.

This is a part-time evening position scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Hourly pay is $17.50–$22.50 for caregivers/HHAs and $19.50–$24.50 for CNAs, depending on experience, plus a $1 evening shift differential. The community describes its team as caring, passionate, and focused on helping seniors age magnificently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing their individual needs and encouraging independence while treating them with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in their plans of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
