About The Position
Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Delano, Minnesota, is hiring caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in assisted living, independent living, and memory care. The community has 51 total units. The role involves providing respectful, attentive personal care tailored to residents’ individual needs while encouraging independence and helping them live fuller lives. The position offers a full-time evening schedule from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. or a part-time overnight schedule from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. CNA pay is $19.00–$24.00 per hour; HHA and caregiver pay is $17.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work location is 1350 Saint Peter Avenue East, Delano, MN 55328.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
