About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care for clients in their homes in Framingham, Natick, Sudbury, Marlborough, Southborough, Ashland, Wayland, and surrounding towns. Caregivers are part of a home care team and receive flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. The role offers pay rates of $22–$23 per hour, scholarship programs, and a stable working environment.
Requirements
- Home Health Aide Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant License.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Perform light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide range-of-motion exercises and assist with ambulation.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist with medication.
