CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA
About The Position
Integrity/BAYADA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable one-on-one support to clients at home in Monett, Aurora, and Wheaton, Missouri. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Hours vary by location; the employer is staffing part-time through full-time hours, as well as PRN/fill-in work, with the potential to build additional hours. Scheduling is flexible, and the employer tries to match caregivers with opportunities near their homes. DSPs, PCAs, HHAs, and caregivers are listed at $16.00 per hour; active Missouri CNAs are listed at $17.00 per hour. Weekly pay, paid time off, and health benefits are offered.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
