CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, and Certified Nursing Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in the Granby, Neosho, and Joplin, Missouri areas. Available hours vary by location. The role supports clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. The employer offers training, flexible scheduling, and a team-oriented employee experience. The position is available part-time up to full-time, as well as PRN/fill-in, with potential to build additional hours. DSP/PCA/HHA/caregiver pay is $16 per hour; active Missouri CNAs receive $17 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Help clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Provide medication assistance.
