CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Harrisonville, Missouri. The work supports clients with activities of daily living and home management tasks. Hours vary by location; the current need is for part-time and PRN/fill-in staff, with the potential to build additional hours. Scheduling is flexible. The posting lists pay of $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/caregiver roles and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist clients with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
