CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aide/PCA
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nurses Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one support to clients at home in the Granby, Neosho, and Joplin, Missouri areas. The work involves helping clients with activities of daily living and household tasks. Available hours vary by location; the posting seeks part-time through full-time staff as well as PRN/fill-in workers, with the potential to build additional hours. Pay is $16.00 per hour for DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver roles and $17.00 per hour for active Missouri CNAs. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Assist with oral feeding.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
- Assist with ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
