About The Position

Monarch Communities is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants to provide daily nursing, living, and personal care services in accordance with established resident care plans. The role supports residents with personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. This is a part-time position with shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., scheduled for at least 22.5 and fewer than 30 hours per week. Compensation is $21.00–$21.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and using fine and gross motor skills.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and participate in intermittent lifting and supporting of residents, using proper body mechanics.

• Dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in each resident’s care plan.
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
• Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift.
• Immediately report changes in a resident’s condition to a supervisor.
