About The Position

Monarch/Brandywine is hiring a part-time Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) for its community at 41 Springfield Avenue, Summit, New Jersey. The role provides residents with warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship, while helping them with activities of daily living and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. Care Managers observe changes in residents’ daily condition and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plans accordingly. The schedule is an overnight shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Employees must be available for at least four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month. The position is categorized as general part-time work of less than 22.5 hours per week. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
Availability for a minimum of four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Observe changes in residents’ daily condition and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plans.
Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
