About The Position

Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is seeking a part-time Care Manager to provide compassionate personal care, support, and companionship to residents. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, noticing changes in their condition or care needs and updating their Resident Care Plan, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. The position offers scheduled part-time shifts across morning, afternoon/evening, and evening hours. The hourly wage is $20.00–$21.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a CNA or HHA.
• Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
• Use proper body mechanics when performing physical tasks, including lifting and supporting residents.
