About The Position
Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Manager. The role provides hands-on support to residents while fostering meaningful relationships and promoting their quality of life. Care Managers assist with activities of daily living, follow individualized service plans, and help residents maintain safety, dignity, and independence. The position may include supporting residents with memory loss through enriching experiences. The listed pay range is $18.92–$23.65. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- CHHA or CNA required.
- CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
- Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
