About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents in memory care. The role involves helping residents with activities of daily living, noticing changes in their needs, and coordinating with the Nurse to update Resident Care Plans. Caregivers also encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities. The listed pay range is $20.50–$23.50 per hour; offers may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. The role is part-time.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current state-required CNA, HHA, or CHHA certification; Medication Aide certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
