About The Position

Benchmark is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role focuses on supporting residents with daily living needs, documenting care and reporting changes, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support and exceptional service.

Requirements

• Valid CNA license.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
