About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is hiring a part-time CNA/CHHA to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, observing changes in their condition or care needs, and coordinating with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan. Requirements

• Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA; Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
