About The Position

This job posting is for a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) providing in-home care and support to clients. The role focuses on helping clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes by providing personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, and transportation-related support.

Requirements

• Current CNA or CHHA certification (or willingness to obtain, depending on employer requirements).
• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable transportation.
• Telephone access.
• Ability to travel frequently (100% travel to client locations).
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with individuals who may be: Hard of hearing, Linguistically impaired, Emotionally distressed

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: Bathing, Grooming, Dressing
• Prepare meals, including medically prescribed diets when required.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Grocery shopping and running errands.
• Travel to clients' homes.
• Document client observations and activities.
• Follow written care plans.
• Communicate client health concerns to scheduling coordinators while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
