Care Manager (CNA/CHHA)
About The Position
The Care Manager provides warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The role assists residents with activities of daily living, observes changes in their day-to-day condition and personal care needs, and updates their Resident Care Plan accordingly. The Care Manager also encourages residents to participate in community programs and activities. The position is listed for a 7 a.m.–3 p.m. shift, with a requirement to work at least four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- Availability for a minimum of four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents’ day-to-day condition and personal care needs and update their Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
