About The Position
The Care Manager assists residents with all aspects of daily living as indicated in their care plans. Duties include personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities. This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position; per-diem availability is also noted. The role reports to the Health & Wellness Director. Compensation is $21.00–$24.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA).
- Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds and intermittent lifting and supporting of residents, using proper body mechanics.

- Knowledge and experience working with the elderly population.
- Dementia experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in care plans.
- Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Escort residents to meals and activities.
- Ensure assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shifts.
- Document all services provided to assigned residents during the shift.
- Immediately report any change in a resident’s condition to a supervisor.
- Assist with food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities as indicated in residents’ care plans.
