About The Position

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Manager to provide hands-on support to residents and help promote their quality of life. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, following individualized service plans, supporting safety and independence, and building meaningful relationships. In Memory Care, the Care Manager creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CHHA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
