Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) - Part-Time
About The Position
The Care Manager provides warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), observing changes in residents’ daily condition and personal care needs, and updating their personal Resident Care Plan. Care Managers also encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities. This is a part-time overnight position in Summit, New Jersey, with a shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Employees must be available for at least four shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month. The listed pay range is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification.
- Availability for a minimum of four shifts per month.
- Availability for at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
